“Dark Knight” Dominating Daily Sales

According to, “Dark Knight” accounted for 83 percent of online ticket sales Tuesday and 82 percent of ticket sales Wednesday as of 12 p.m. ET.

“Dark Knight” Wielding Six-Shooter

As of Tuesday, three days prior to its release, the caped crusader is currently outselling six of’s Top-10 Performing Films of All-Time at the same point in the sales cycle, including:

5. “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest”
